A Summer of Fun

This is the perfect spot to unwind and enjoy summer on Hornby. The house is casual, 'cottage' style, very comfortable for family living. The living room, dining room, kitchen is an open, inviting space with vaulted ceilings in some areas and extensive use of natural materials throughout.

A lush garden and small pond surround the large deck where you can prepare a
feast on the barbeque while the children play on the lawn. There is a resident bunny
named Velvet that lives in the garden.

The cozy living room is open to the dining room and kitchen. There are board games for family fun as well as a TV, VCR and DVD.	The large, sunny kitchen is fully equipped and all dishes and cookware are provided. There is a small breakfast area.

The good size bathroom has a lovely
built in bench under the window.

The house has a good well and excellent water (no sulphur). To respect Hornby's fragile ecosystem, guests are asked to be as frugal with their water usage as possible.

Features include:

Three bedrooms that comfortably sleep a family of six. Two bedrooms have queen beds, one has two single beds.
Full indoor plumbing (excellent water but somewhat limited, as everywhere on the island)
Large deck and barbeque
TV, VCR, DVD

To respect people with allergies, we ask that you not bring pets or smoke.

Water conservancy in summer months is essential.

Please bring your ownbed linens and towels.

Summer of Fun is not available in the off season.

Reservation deposit $500 at time of booking.

The remainder is due by June 1.

A refund of $400 will be given only before June 1.

Please note that our weeks run Saturday to Saturday.
Check-in time is 4 pm
Check-out is 11 am
