The home is available for rent during the 'summer season' on a weekly basis at a charge of 
$950 dollars per week.

(To confirm your reservation I must receive your $400 dollar deposit per week within two weeks of your telephone booking. In case of a cancellation $200 dollars is refundable with six weeks notice.)

• Occupancy is from 4PM Sunday until 10AM the following Sunday.
• We are unable to accommodate pets and request that smoking be confined to the deck areas.
• .All linens are supplied but please bring your own beach towels.
• There is no washer, dryer, telephone or radio.
• The home is suitable for a maximum of 6 persons.
