The house is situated on on 5 acres of view property near Phipps Point. There are spectacular views of Denman Island, Lambert Channel and the mountains of Vancouver Island from the wrap around deck. Access to the neighbourhood beach is about 5 minutes walk from the house. |

| There are 2 bedrooms upstairs containing 2 double beds and 2 singles. The full bathroom is also upstairs. The living room/dining room is spacious with French doors and a wood stove for use if the weather is chilly. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes and the fridge has a good size freezer area. | |

| The owner lives on the property in a mobile home not visible from the house. Groceries can be purchased at the Coop or Ford Cove marina. Car gas at the Coop only. Water is always in short supply during the summer on Hornby therefore great care must be taken with the use of the well water. [showers only] The water has an odour of sulfur which dissipates when left standing in a jug overnight. This is not harmful but some guests prefer to use bottled water for drinking and 18 litres per week is provided.
